During Pregnancy
Personalized prenatal sessions where we prepare for your birth by discussing evidenced-based information and birth options, your goals and preferences, craft your birth plan, how to mentally prepare, and review techniques we will use during labor. This is offered in person or virtually.

During Labor
As active labor begins, I remain by your side providing continuous physical, emotional, and informational support. I help you understand what’s happening as labor progresses. We discuss choices as they arise so that we can give informed consent (or not) about possible interventions.

In Home Births
Offering comfort techniques such as positioning guidance, breathwork, counterpressure, and relaxation tools while working seamlessly alongside your midwife to maintain a calm, steady environment. And providing hydration and nourishment throughout the process.

At A Hospital or Birthing Center
The same support as home births but in addition I will advocate for your preferences in fast paced situations, resulting in a more positive birthing experience and less unnecessary medical interventions.

Virtual Doula Care
Even from a distance, you and your partner don’t have to navigate pregnancy and birth alone. My virtual doula support offers personalized guidance, education, and encouragement. Helping you feel confident, prepared, and supported no matter where you are. Through video sessions, text, and email, I’m here to answer questions, help you craft your birth plan, and prepare you for labor and postpartum with the same care as in-person support. Cost is $750.

Mama Blessing Ceremony
A Mama Blessing Ceremony is a beautiful, intentional way to gather loved ones to celebrate you as you enter motherhood and the profound transition you’re making. Unlike a traditional baby shower, this ceremony honors your journey, your strength, and your transformation, bringing the community together to support and uplift you as you prepare to welcome your little one. Cost starts at $200.
