Pregnancy and birth comes with both excitement and nerves. Take a deep breath! Because I’m here to support and advocate for you every step of the way.

I’m a mom of two and a birth doula in Massachusetts, trained by DONA International, and a public health professional.

In addition, I’ve spent more than 16 years working in healthcare in clinical quality, patient advocacy, and health equity roles. I’ve worked closely with doctors to create better patient outcomes and experiences in a variety of settings, from clinical settings to health insurance. And I understand how conversations unfold and how quickly decisions can be made. I feel extremely comfortable working along side your care team to create the best experience for you.

But beyond my professional experience, I’m also a mother who has walked this path myself. I have experienced both a hospital birth and a home birth. I know the vulnerability, strength, uncertainty, and transformation that birth brings.

My approach is evidence-informed and mother-guided. Meaning I will never push an agenda onto your birth. I will make sure you understand every option, every pressure point, and every right you have. And I will stand beside you, unwaveringly, in whatever you choose.

I know what it feels like to want to trust your body while also navigating clinical recommendations. And I know how empowering it is to feel confident in your voice. I would love to hear from you.

Why Have A Doula for Pregnancy and Delivery

The serene moment after a natural home birth with the support of a doula.

Birth is powerful. And the way you are supported during birth matters.

Having the birth you want (not because everything went “perfectly,” but because you felt informed, respected, and able to advocate for yourself) activates a level of empowerment that is unlike anything else. It stays with you long after your baby is in your arms.

Unfortunately, many women leave their birth experience feeling unheard or powerless. My work as a Massachusetts and New Hampshire doula is rooted in protecting against that.

My role is not to replace your providers or have an agenda. It’s to stand beside you and offer continuous support, clear communication, and compassionate guidance. Allowing you to feel safe, confident, and deeply supported. I help you understand your options, ask thoughtful questions, and feel steady in decision-making, whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between.

Whatever birth looks like for you, you deserve someone who fully believes in your choice.

Supporting families in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.

  • Physical Support

Hands-on comfort techniques such as counter pressure, massage, guided movement, and position changes to ease labor, combined with a deep understanding of physiological techniques used in labor. Sometimes it's also the little things that matter most. A glass of water, a warm meal, and the quiet reassurance that you are not alone.

  • Emotional Support

Support begins during pregnancy with space to process your questions, ease fears, and build confidence in your instincts. This continues through labor with calm reassurance for you and your partner. You are met with steady presence and safe space for any emotion that comes up in pregnancy and labor.

  • Advocacy

Clear, respectful advocacy that helps you understand your options, ask informed questions, and communicate your preferences with your care team, ensuring your voice remains central in every decision throughout pregnancy and labor.

  • Guidance and Education

Guidance and evidence-based information throughout pregnancy and labor, including birth options, comfort techniques, medical interventions, and postpartum care, so you can make informed choices and feel confident every step of the way.

Proudly supporting diverse families, including the LGBTQIA+ community and working to help safeguard my clients.

I proudly support families of all identities, including those that identify as LGBTQIA+. I also recognize that demographics impact birthing experiences and that real health disparities exist within maternal care. I am committed to acknowledging those inequities and actively working to help safeguard my clients’ voices, ensuring every family feels respected, heard, and supported throughout their birth journey.
